How To Make Your Dream Vacation Come True 1
Wednesday, August 12, 2009
It all starts with a thought. What have you always wanted to do? Where have you dreamed of going? When you focus on your dreams you can make them real.

Your options are pretty much limitless when it comes to vacation ideas.

Some pointers that will help get you on the right track:

* Most people would really love to have romantic adventures, wherever they might be. Often, the greatest dream vacations are as simple as spending quality time with the ones you love or finding someone to love that you want to spend quality time with.
* Other people want to roam the world and explore exotic locales.
* And some people are just curious about what lays around the next bend.

All you need is a little patience and a bit of creativity and soon you will enjoy your very own version of the greatest dream vacation.

Start with the weather

When designing your dream vacation why not start with the type of weather you prefer? It sounds simple, but it will really help you to narrow down your choices.

* Do you want to slide down a mountainside on a snowboard and feel the rush of speed as you suck in the cool, crisp alpine air.
* Or would you prefer to languish and laze about in a warm tropical climate? Want to bob up and down in crystal clear waters and gaze at cloud puffs drift across brilliant blue skies?
* Or perhaps a wilderness adventure is more up your alley. Imagine – you wake up to the sound of wild animals nibbling on bright green fields of springtime buds just outside your window.

Whatever you'd like, a big part of the vacation adventure is planning where you want to go. Book it in advance you will feel great just thinking about the fun times that lay ahead.

You should see Hawaii and its House of Sun

Take a Tour of Hawaii and See the House of the Sun

How would you feel about the Maui sun for your vacation? Hawaii has 2 islands within, one being East Maui and the other West Maui. East Maui's biggest feature is a 10,000 foot wide volcano, Haleakala, the House of the Sun. The volcano remains an ominous physical structure on the island since it isn't dead, it is only inactive. Its last eruption occurred in 1790. When you look at the view from the top of the volcano, and see the moonscape of Haleakala Crater you will be amazed at the sight.

When visiting east maui you will see large amounts of tropical plants and beautiful waterfalls. The town of Hana is on the tip of the island and is one of the favorites of those who feel a little like a daredevil. Coiling along the North Shore on Hana Highway you will see the coastline which is impassable.

A helicopter tour is the best possible way to view the natural, vast beauty that the North Shore has to offer. Meandering along to the north shore, the sea cliffs, the lonely beaches and more splendid waterfalls than you could imagine are visible from the air. Taking a helicopter ride will be one of the highlights of your vacation.

Maui's oldest volcano is the West Maui mountains. These mountains are all that's left of what was at one time a giant volcano. The rains have changed the landscape of the area. Known as "The Valley Isle" due to it's mountains, West Maui gets around 500 inches of rain per year.

The final result of all that rain are the waterfalls. It is one of the most beautiful places that you will ever experience that has not been changed.

Molokai is only 9 miles from Maui and this would be another fine destination for your trip. The change in the culture is very evident from the time you step foot in Molokai. This casual and laid-back region is called 'one of Hawaii's best kept secrets', apparent in the scenic splendor and ambiance of the place. Yet another location not to be missed during your helicopter trip is the secluded coast of the northeast.

The sea cliffs, boasted as the highest worldwide, extend thousands of feet skyward, with tranquil beaches down below. That region is inaccessible to human beings. For the best possible vantage, you must fly over from a helicopter. Most residents of Molokai have themselves never laid eyes on this region. This is really a phenomenal area and you'll want to see this area of Hawaii. If you want a genuine Hawaiian experience, take the time to visit East Maui, West Maui, Hana and Molokai.
